WordPress Place provides digital services and custom website work, including web design, hosting, maintenance, and related services. Due to the nature of these services, all sales are generally final.
Digital Services & Custom Work
Because our services involve time, labor, configuration, and digital delivery:
- All purchases are non-refundable once work has started
- No returns are available for digital services
- No refunds are issued for completed or partially completed work
This includes (but is not limited to):
- Website design or development
- Hosting services
- Maintenance plans
- Speed optimization
- Security setup
- Consultation or setup services
Refund Exceptions
A refund may be considered only if:
- No work has started
- The request is made within 24 hours of purchase
- No access, setup, or delivery has occurred
Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method.
Subscription & Maintenance Services
For recurring services (hosting or maintenance):
- You may cancel at any time
- No refunds for past billing periods
- Service remains active until the end of the paid period
Chargebacks & Disputes
Unauthorized chargebacks without contacting us first may result in:
- Immediate suspension of services
- Permanent termination of access
- Loss of any remaining service time
