REFUND POLICY

Custom service work

Website projects, redesigns, landing pages, local SEO work, automation setup, eCommerce builds, and troubleshooting are custom service work. Because time, planning, setup, and production begin quickly, payments for custom work are generally non-refundable once work has started, unless otherwise stated in writing.

  • No refund for completed or delivered work
  • No refund for strategy, setup, or time already spent
  • Any exception must be approved in writing
CANCELLATIONS

Project cancellation

If a project is canceled before work begins, WordPress Place may review the payment and determine whether any amount can be returned after administrative time, planning time, or reserved scheduling time are considered. If work has already started, amounts already earned or used toward the project are not refundable.

  • Cancellation requests must be sent in writing
  • Scheduling time already reserved may not be refundable
  • Outstanding balances still remain due for approved work completed
RECURRING SERVICES

Maintenance and recurring billing

Recurring services such as care plans or monthly support can be canceled before the next billing cycle begins. Cancellation stops future billing only. Charges already billed for the current active cycle are not refunded unless otherwise stated in writing.

  • Cancel before the next cycle to avoid the next charge
  • Active-cycle work already scheduled may still be completed or closed out
  • Access to support may end when the service period ends
QUICK FIX / SUPPORT

Urgent repairs and smaller technical jobs

Quick-fix work, support requests, and technical troubleshooting are billed as direct service work. Once diagnosis, repair, or problem-solving begins, those charges are generally non-refundable because the value is in the time, review, and technical work performed.

If you have a billing issue, contact jean.arne@wordpressplace.com first so it can be reviewed directly.
