GENERAL TERMS

Scope and acceptance

These terms apply to website design, redesign, landing pages, automation support, local SEO, eCommerce projects, maintenance, and quick-fix services offered by WordPress Place. By approving a quote, paying an invoice, or asking work to begin, you agree to these terms unless a separate signed agreement states otherwise.

  • Quotes are based on the described scope
  • Extra work may require a revised quote
  • Timelines depend on access, content, and approvals
PAYMENTS

Payments and project start

Work is scheduled after the required payment or deposit is received. Unless otherwise stated in writing, WordPress Place may pause work when invoices are unpaid, access is missing, or approvals are delayed.

  • Deposits secure scheduling and project start
  • Final files or launch may be held until balances are paid
  • Recurring services bill on the agreed cycle
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Content, access, and approvals

The client is responsible for providing accurate business information, required website content, account access, brand assets, and timely approvals. Delays in these items can delay the project or support request.

  • Provide admin access when needed
  • Review proofs and reply promptly
  • Confirm final approval before launch
THIRD-PARTY TOOLS

Platforms and outside services

Projects may rely on WordPress, hosting providers, plugins, APIs, payment tools, themes, and other third-party services. WordPress Place is not responsible for outages, policy changes, account suspensions, or pricing changes controlled by third parties.

  • Third-party fees are separate unless included in writing
  • Clients are responsible for maintaining their own third-party accounts
  • Support is limited by the capabilities of the tools in use
OWNERSHIP

Intellectual property and usage

Clients keep ownership of the content, logos, and business materials they provide. Custom deliverables created by WordPress Place are licensed or transferred as described in the project scope after final payment is received. Stock assets, third-party plugins, and licensed tools remain subject to their own license terms.

LIMITS

Warranty, liability, and policy updates

Services are provided in good faith based on the scope agreed to at the time of work. WordPress Place does not guarantee rankings, uninterrupted third-party services, or results outside the agreed deliverables. These terms may be updated as the business and service structure evolve.
